Reading the lights

  • Green solid — BLF target idle; press to call.
  • Red / fast blink — target busy; press mid-call to transfer to them.
  • Flashing green — target ringing; press to pick up (where enabled).
  • Park key lit — a call is parked there; press to retrieve.

Quick fixes at the desk

  • Phone frozen: unplug network/power 10 s, replug (2–4 min boot).
  • Not ringing: check DND icon and idle-state volume first.
  • "URL call disabled" or blank lines: see registration troubleshooting.
