Six visible keys mean status-heavy roles (reception) outgrow the E350 quickly — the blinking page-indicator tells you something is happening on another page, which is not the same as seeing it. Give those desks an E450 or a large-format touchscreen.
Everyday flows
Transfer → dial → Transfer (attended); Transfer → Blind for blind; Confrnc for three-way; DND and Messages from idle; page arrows to move between key pages. Bluetooth headset pairing matches the E450 procedure.
