Poly Edge E450 Setup and Key Map

The Poly Edge E450 pairs 8 physical line keys with pagination (up to 32 assignments) and built-in Bluetooth for headsets — a common choice for front desks and managers on Signal accounts. Family-wide reset and provisioning live on the Edge E series page.

Pagination in practice

Assignments beyond the 8 physical keys sit on additional pages — the page indicator shows activity on non-visible pages (a blinking page dot means a BLF or park key is active somewhere you're not looking). Front desks that must see all status at once should keep the whole BLF set on page one or use a larger-format phone.

Bluetooth headset pairing

  1. Menu → Settings → Basic → Bluetooth — enable Bluetooth.
  2. Put the headset in pairing mode; select it from the scan list.
  3. Calls route to the headset when connected; the headset key answers and ends. Note: Bluetooth disables when the phone runs on Wi-Fi in some configurations — wired network recommended regardless.

Quick fixes at the desk

  • No audio in headset: check the audio-device priority under Settings → Basic → Preferred Audio.
  • Not ringing: DND first, then ringer volume from idle.
  • Registration issues: troubleshooting guide.
